Refund policy


We strive to deliver reliable, high-quality pool services. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Service Cancellations

  • Services canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

2. Service Quality

If you’re not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll return to resolve the issue or issue a partial refund based on the situation.

3. Equipment or Part Returns

If a part or accessory was purchased as part of a service, it may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Labor and installation costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Chemicals used, diagnostic fees, and completed labor cannot be refunded once performed.
