All quotes are provided in advance. Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel a service with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear access to the pool area, operational equipment, and a safe working environment. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to unsafe or restricted access.

5. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Clear Pool Service is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
