Shipping policy
Crystal Clear Pool Service primarily provides on-site services. However, in certain cases, we may deliver or ship pool equipment or accessories to customers.
1. Local Delivery
Products or replacement parts may be delivered directly during a scheduled service appointment or by local courier within our service area.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Most deliveries occur the same day as service. Special-order equipment may require 3–7 business days for delivery.
3. Shipping
If items are shipped via courier, customers will receive tracking details once dispatched. Carriers such as UPS or FedEx may be used.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or resolution.
